The shops here are selling out of their stocks because Testors refuses to ship to Australia.

Too far? Too high a cost? Too small a market to justify keeping staff busy? Advice from some new MBA in the accountancy department? Boss had a bad experience in Queensland and is taking out spite revenge on the whole country? Who knows.

Bad news for them, good news for AK, Vallejo, GSI, Tamiya, Humbrol, etc. Modellers are far more resilient than you’d think.

And a small bit of good news. The Testors DullCote is still available as the local hobby shop can source it from somewhere else. So I can continue using a good product from a foolish company…
