But it may, or may not, be official. It’s hard to tell.
I do like accuracy in aircraft. When I am a passenger on a commercial jet I applaud accurate navigation and safe landings. Yet I can be led astray easily when constructing my models and it often doesn’t bother me. Thus I can read the instruction sheets and paint the interiors and cockpits according to the colour call-out and not turn a hair.
Museum examples are better guides, but I am also aware that museum pieces can be assembled from disparate aircraft and then repainted to match the artistic desires of the restorers. At best, I regard the colour business as impressionism.

Thus the odd colours of the CC-130 insides. I think the cargo bin is close enough and the office is not seen too much through the little windows. If the plane can carry half a musket ball, it is close enough.

The cargo bin floors are a little clean here, but I will scuff them up with dry brushing before they get closed up.
