No …. …. ….. .. Allowed

Well, that’s a bit of a blow to the people who like to have … … ….. .. in their Little World.

If they thought that they were going to be able to show the rest of the internet community how carefully they had constructed a diorama with their models and how realistic they could be, they are going to be disappointed. The boss of a Facebook forum has just warned them off. Banned.

You’ve gotta be careful with that forum. I got a veiled warning for telling a picture story about a car that had gotten stuck on the beach. One of the administrators – oddly enough a fellow Australian – told me I was sailing close to the edge when the story needed a half-dozen panels to be complete. I think he was worried that the panels contained pictures of a real young lady in a bikini…though I noted from other postings that plastic models of young ladies in bikinis were acceptable. I must look out my old copy of Kraft-Ebbing…

I think I may also have to look a little further for a platform to show my Little Studio dioramas and pictures on. Some of them feature model aircraft and model cars that are going to be under the size limit that the administrators have set – and I should not wish to be scolded again. It sets up a reaction in me – I harden and set about doing the very thing that is forbidden.

Fortunately there also seem to be a number of other forums and groups that share their image-making and their delight with various scales. It will just be a matter of finding one that is welcoming.
