Captain Frugal here. I have been given an ICM kit – or I may have bought it…I cannot really remember. But it did not cost as much as the examples on the shelf of my local hobby shop.
It is, however, every bit as good as the higher-priced spread, and good for me, too. The fact that it is a model from a country that is at war with the country depicted in the model is just a turn of history. I am glad I’ve got it.


The two sprue trees are well spread out in the box. The windscreen demands minute inspection to find it – the decal sheet is just two red logos on the paper. Five colours are seen on it, and not a lot of paint needed either.

But the wing is in eleven separate parts. You better get your ruler out and do this one sober. The one saving grace is that there are no decals on that corrugated surface..
