The title refers to the current batting average for 1:72 scale models – one a week completed.

It’s not a contest, so the only prize I win is a fresh model for my collection or a layout but I can tell you – It’s Satisfying!

The Rix Products Quonset is a tough build as it is so modular. This would be an advantage if you needed a 2 x or 3 x building. As it is, it’ll be given a different position and duty to the current Italeri or card structures.

I do applaud Rick Rideout for making the kit – and there are a few more that have gotten to Hobbytech’s cheap aisle that may come home with me.

If a maker decided to do more 1:72 or 1:76 airport or airfield buildings and accessories, they would have ALL my hobby money.
