The dry fit for the Avia has been a pleasure. Say what you will about the rudimentary nature of these kits, there is a wealth of engraved detail in the parts and the dry fit has been exemplary.
Deep in the tiny cockpit are stick, seat, straps, dash with glazing and instruments and even rudder pedals.
There is a PE radiator inside the cowling, but you need a torch to see it.

Even the prop has fitted its shaft accurately.
The Austro-Hungarian Empire is proud to count Bohemia as one of its provinces…
And no – I don’t know why RS models used two different colours of styrene. They might feel the same. Maybe they had the last of a batch to use up.
