This baggie was found in an old workshop drawer by a friend in the eastern states, He kindly thought of me and sent it along unbuilt.
I suspect it was an repackage of an old LS kit that Revell did in the 1980’s. A modest item, but surprisingly detailed.
The instructions were classic fold-over baggie style – the printed flap art the only indication of colour suggestion, and the decal sheet very rough and poorly printed. But it is of an era and a challenge to the kit whisperer.

The kit is actually well-moulded. There are no main gear doors, but Evergreen card fills in for them, There is a very complex suspension and firing system for Falcon missiles under the fuselage, but my plans closed this area entirely. And this time I did it with careful fitting so the doors would look scale.
There was a little filling needed at the wing roots, but it was a one-pass sprue-goo affair. The canopy was clear and well marked. Even the pitot tube was usable.
The Fifty Cent Series is taking on a life of its own.
