The box says Provider and the decals say Czechoslovakia, but I say Argus and RCAF.
This AZ model started life on the Hobbytech shelf at $ 44.99 and stayed put. Then it went to WASMex 2024 at $ 20.00 and stayed put. When it came back to Hobbytech it still wore the show price sticker, so that is what they clocked it out as through the shop till. I say good on them for their honesty and fair dealing.
I say good on me for getting it for my birthday. The decal sheet is lovely but unnecessary… the rest is a beauty.

The prototype aircraft served in the RCAF in the early war period with the inline engine. I note, however, that the kit also includes the radial engine and cowl for an earlier civilian plane. If I see this kit again I will grab it for a 30’s light plane.

The moulding looks superb – no flash and no sink marks. The windows are pristine. the struts are complex but should build up easily.

This is the sort of kit we need more of – Roll on AZ and roll on the importers.
