The Little World

It is because I am having my eyes operated upon for cataracts.

Today is the first day after the op on the left and things are very foggy out there. I cannot be trusted to drive or operate a bulldozer.

I am already married so that eliminates the danger of contracting another for some time, and I have long moved past the sport of rifle shooting.

However, I am still keen on scale model building so I look forward to the sight clearing in the next week before the second eye is done. I’m pleased to report it doesn’t hurt and the operation itself was painless and stress-free.

And I am glad that my private health insurance has been well kept-up.
