It were right there – right in front of everbody. Ya couldn’t hardly miss it.

Little ol’ box – ’bout the size of a 1/72 Mustspitschmitt. Sez it is an 1/72 RAAF trainer with decals. Sorta thing an Australian model plane person might like to build.

Might like to build if they have a spare $ 149.00, but. The next kit in the shelf is by the same maker at $ 129.00. Yep, you read that right.

I looked all about to see the hidden camera and was waiting for Alan Funt to leap out at me. Nothing. I was forced to conclude it was real, and that either the buyer for the shop had gone mad…or I had. I couldn’t decide which I fancied more.

Consignment? Practical joke? Alternate universe leaking onto the shelf?
