I look at the top of my model of the Spitfire – the one I made last year. See how it has become slightly duller? Is that progressive camouflage?

No, it is dust, cat hair, lint, ashes, and fingerprints. And that in one year…

The paper model of the German harbour has been seen at WASMex for the last five shows, and it is pristine. It has far more detail than my plastic aircraft, and far less dust. A big round of applause to the builder and maintainer – he is showing the rest of us how to build a collection wisely.
