Modellers are required to decide which nation in the Little World they will belong to and will not be allowed to emigrate to another.
If you build plastic aircraft you will not be allowed to make wooden ships or doll houses. If you run trains you are not allowed to look up in the sky. Figure painters will be confined to their rooms.
After all, we need order above all. If people were to just run all over the shop willy nilly there would be less resources for the truly dedicated. And exhibitions would be chaos – new judging sheets would be needed and outsiders might win prizes.
It may be necessary to infiltrate the ranks of the enemy from time to time, but truly loyal modellers will never be swayed by foreign propaganda.
