Mystically, if possible.
I have been watching advisory videos on how to start a YouTube channel and noted a phenomenon…nearly all the commenters are focusing desperately on the ways to make the channel return money to you.
This is a little suspect if you are not actually paying anything to operate it in the first place. While it seems a good idea to get money for free, it rather contravenes some of the basic laws of economics. I look for the money trail and it seems to be obscured by mirrors and smoke.
The other constant in the advisory shows is how many subscribers, viewers, adherents, or worshippers you must have. There is an assumption that your aim must be to have the entire world watch you all the time, and like it. Those of us who have family pets who follow us into the toilet know just how tiresome this can become, and I suspect it would be worse on the internet.
I aim to show to a few people, and not even very prestigious ones at that. It is for free. I shall be satisfied if people argue with me about the ideas I put forward. Not to the fisticuffs point, but…just mild opinions.
