Tuesday at the club is always a balancing act – the opportunity to speak with friends vs time to build a model.
Often friends win out and a great deal of manure exchange takes place. It makes the hobby all that more fertile. It is a good opportunity to work on a simple kit like this MiG. you can actually get a lot done while not doing a lot…

The basic plane fell together at the club and fell under the airbrush when it got home in the afternoon. If that all sounds too simplistic, it is worth bearing in mind that the plugholes and posts that are used in the push-together models may be a little tight – too much so for accurate fit. Ease them out with a file or blade and use your normal cement choices to set things together.
