I’ll amend that; part by precise part.
The Ural is going together exactly as per instructions – and each part is straight and plumb as it adds to the model. The 6 wheels do, indeed, hit the ground together and the cab needs only the slightest fettling to fit over the engine.

Here the tolerances are so precise that a too-thick coat of paint binds the sub-assembly. It is as well to determine where the cementation will occur and just leave those spots bare.

I suspect the Hobby Boss sprue trees are designed to allow construction of other sorts of Ural vehicle – there are a number of grey-outs that mean more parts for the spares bin.
As with many models, the extra details are forever in the mind of the builder as the viewer will never see them.
