Been There?

Done that?

Going to do it again? I’ll bet I am. I will take a model to an exhibition and it will break en-route.

Or I will bring it home and the same will occur. Or it will just collapse on the show table from a combination of stress and snarkiness.

No exhibitor should neglect a rescue box – a pack of basic tools including ( but not limited to ) knife, tweezers, and a variety of cements and glues. Quick-set putty is good too, for the most desperate cases. If you can pack a model vise or stand…do it.

You would not motor anywhere without a spare – do not model without a fixit box.
